Vozlin provides web design, development, and software engineering services. Specific terms related to client projects, including timelines, deliverables, and payments, are established in individual client proposals and contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vozlin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

For client projects, intellectual property rights to the completed code and design are typically transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the individual project contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vozlin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
